If you are unable to attend a pre-booked Generous Gardener event, then a friend or family member is welcome to attend in your place. You will need to provide us with their name, dietary requirements and contact email address/phone number as soon as possible. Any time after 48hrs before the event we may be unable to accommodate any change in dietary requirements.
If we receive 6 weeks notice or more The Generous Gardener will refund the full cost of your booking. Alternatively you may transfer your booking to an alternative event of the same value, within the same season, providing there is a place available.
If you wish to transfer to an available event of a higher value any increase in ticket price will be payable.
If we receive less than 6 weeks notice we are unable to offer a refund or transfer, but a friend or family member is welcome to attend in our place.
No refund will be given to those who are unable to attend the event for its full duration.
In a situation where The Generous Gardener needs to cancel plant sales or lecture days at short notice you will have the option to transfer to another available event of the same value or a full refund of your payment.
