The Generous Gardener offers a programme of Garden Lecture Days near Stroud and Specialist Plant Sales near Stroud throughout the year from two Cotswold gardens.
The Lecture Days will be held at the historic Rodmarton Manor and Gardens near Stroud with speakers from the world of horticulture and garden design. Join us to expand your gardening knowledge in this stunning Arts and Crafts house and garden.
Our Specialist Plant Sales will be based at Charlton Farm Garden near Stroud and will showcase a selection of small nurseries and garden related items. Meet the nurserymen and enjoy the garden. Proceeds from the day will go to supporting horticultural therapy charity projects.

Garden Lecture Days
Rodmarton Manor Lecture Days
Our Garden Lecture Days near Stroud will be held in the historic Arts and Crafts Manor House at Rodmarton. Each day begins at 10.30am with coffee and tea before the first talk at 11.00am. A delicious two course lunch with wine and elderflower will then be served with time to explore the garden before the second lecture starts at 2.00pm. The days will end at around 3.30 to 4.00pm with tea and homemade cak
Specialist Plant Sales Near Stroud
Our Specialist Plant Sales near Stroud will be held three times a year at Charlton Farm near the historic market town of Cirencester. The garden is 7 acres of wild and ornamental garden developed gradually since 2011.
Visitors to our Specialist Plant Sales will have the opportunity to buy interesting and unusual plants from selected nurseries who are real experts in their fields and can offer plenty of advice about the varieties they sell. There will also be stands selling other garden related goods.
